Pagan Poetry

Went studying with Dreamcatcher yesterday at National Library... actually managed to finish almost 4 chapters of extremely boring readings on the political structure of Singapore, ethnic integration, and the education system. Go me! Productive day, it was. And also managed to, somehow or other, borrow another couple of heavy books for further reading for exams ^^; I feel like Hermione everytime I go to libraries. I'm practically grabbing everything off the shelves, because everything looks so interesting - whether or not it's related to what I'm looking for!

It's also a bad idea to read World War I poetry during exams. Got attracted to the book because of "Regeneration" - Sassoon, Owen and Graves are all in that book - and once I got started I couldn't stop reading. And then I got depressed >_<

In other news, I heard that Elliot Smith died of unknown causes or something =( Of course popular people seem to die ever so often, repeatedly, only to be discovered alive and well and fairly amused. Be a big pity if he's dead - I totally loved the songs he wrote for "Good Will Hunting". Got talent, he does.
